Licensed users are permitted to text and/or data mine the licensed databases for research, educational and teaching purposes, with prior written consent of the licensor. The scope of text and/or mining activities will be precisely defined and limited by the licensor in writing.

Users may not use the licensed material in connection with any AI or machine learning tool, whether public or internal. The prohibition applies to uploading texts, articles, tables, data or excerpts of the licensed material into such AI or ML tools.
