VOUCHER FOR OPEN ACCESS PUBLICATION IN NATURE JOURNALS

Springer Nature license agreement for 2026 enables corresponding authors from members of the Slovenian consortium one free publication (one voucher at the Slovenian level) of an open access article in Nature journals.

The voucher can be used for an article accepted for publication in 2026.

In the case of multiple corresponding authors, the author who is the corresponding author at the time the article is accepted for publication is entitled to use the voucher.

Vouchers can be used in the publisher’s hybrid journals.

Vouchers are valid for the following type of publications: Original Paper – Standard article. Articles published in this format may also be called: Analysis, Article, Letter, Brief Communication, Registered Report, Resource, Technical Report.

To use the voucher, the corresponding author must, upon submitting the article:

• correctly state the details (name) of your institution,
• use an e-mail address with the institution’s domain.

After accepting the article for publication in the publisher’s system, the corresponding author selects the Open Access option and the affiliation of the corresponding author to the consortium institution. Eligibility for the discount is then confirmed by the contact person from the institution.
