PRESENTATION OF THE MOODLE CLASSROOM INTRODUCTION TO DATA MANAGEMENT PLANNING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF OPEN SCIENCE

On Thursday, 19 March 2026, from 10.30 to 12.00 you are invited to the Presentation of the Moodle Classroom Introduction to Data Management Planning in Accordance with the Principles of Open Science that will be organised within the project SPOZNAJ (Support for the Implementation of Open Science Principles in Slovenia). The presentation will be held in Slovenian.

The lecture will be given by Irena Vipavc Brvar (ADP – Social Science Data Archives, Faculty of Social Sciences – University of Ljubljana).

The first Slovenian Moodle classroom on research data management clearly provides basic information and recommendations on the management of research data in accordance with the principles of open science. The topics highlighted are the Research Data Management Plan (RDMP) and repositories, which are currently of most interest to researchers and doctoral students. The classroom is accessible via the website of the Slovenian Open Science Community after logging in with a digital identity or registration. An English translation is being prepared, which will be a standalone classroom. UL and ADP are collecting suggestions for topics for the next classrooms related to FAIR and open research data. You can send them to raziskovalni.podatki@uni-lj.si..
