OPEN ACCESS PUBLISHING BENEFITS IN 2023 – COSEC CONSORTIUM
As part of participation in the COSEC consortium, correspondence authors of the University of Primorska can benefit from the following open access publishing agreements:
SAGE
– Unlimited open access publishing in the journals listed in the Hybrid & Subscription tab (the benefit does not apply to the limited number of journals marked “Subscription Only” or “Subscription”),
– 20 % reduction of costs of publishing an article (APC) in journals listed in Gold Open Access (Gold tab).

TAYLOR & FRANCIS
6 vouchers are available for corresponding authors of the University of Primorska. Additional vouchers are available if available within the consortium.
Offer is valid for hybrid Open Select Standard journals (journals with an APC value up to and including €3,550.00; see APC Vouchers tab for a list of titles).
IMPORTANT: When submitting an article, the author should select the English name of the institution – University of Primorska.

Three vouchers are available for the article processing charge in all journals of the publisher and on Emerald’s open access platforms (Emerald Open Research).

– One voucher is available (for all consortium members together, not for each consortium member individually; at UP, the consortium members are UP FAMNIT and UP PEF).
BRILL
– 50 % reduction of the article processing charge (APC) for authors from Slovenia, wishing to publish in one of Brill’s journals.
