WEBINAR: RESEARCH DATA MANAGEMENT PLAN
On Thursday, 21 March 2024, from 10.30 to 12.00 you are invited to the webinar Research Data Management Plan that will be organised within the project SPOZNAJ (Support for the Implementation of Open Science Principles in Slovenia). The presentation will be held in Slovenian. Subtitles in Slovenian and English will be provided after the webinar, which will be available for later viewing on the Arnes Video platform >>
Sciences and research fields use different research processes, but they all involve testing a hypothesis or a model using research data. Responsible handling of research data is the basis for successful research. The Research Data Management Plan (RDMP) is a document that the research group should prepare before the start of the research and in which it foresees all important aspects during the entire life cycle of the research data. The RDMP can be amended and supplemented by the research team during the duration of the project, as it is not always possible to foresee all the circumstances of the research before the implementation. The key elements of the RDMP will be presented, the proposals prepared for this purpose by funders, and the tools for the preparation of an suitable RDMP.
Lecturer will be Peter Čerče (ZRS Koper).
