THE FIRST HANDBOOK ON OPEN SCIENCE IN SLOVENIA WAS PUBLISHED

A new handbook entitled SPOZNAJ FAIR: Priročnik o odprti znanosti v Sloveniji was published in a free electronic edition within the project SPOZNAJ (Support for the Implementation of Open Science Principles in Slovenia). The handbook is available in Slovenian language.

The purpose of the handbook is to present the fundamental concepts of open science to various interested parties from a wide field of scientific disciplines and to bring closer the research infrastructure and services that serve open science in the Slovenian environment and are at the same time inextricably linked to the European and wider international research area. The goal is for everyone who works in the field of science or is interested in scientific findings and the processes in which they are created to recognize opportunities to contribute to open science, learn about responsibilities and find information about where to find support or to whom they can offer support and in what ways.
